The wireless technology known as Bluetooth is popular for connecting cell phones with cordless headsets. One reader, Nancy Ciaccia, is attracted to a slim and lightweight phone with Bluetooth connectivity, but worries that having a small radio transmitter planted next to her ear might be a health concern.
